  • Chicken Whole 1kg.
  • Coriander powder one &1/2tsp.
  • Chaat Masala 1tsp.

1. Wash the whole chicken thoroughly and add 2 tsp of salt and 4 tbsp of vinegar and rub to leave the chicken for 10 minutes. 

2. Crush 5 pods of garlic and rub it to the chicken and dip the chicken in water for another 10 minutes. 

3. Rinse the chicken 3-4 times to leave no salt or vinegar behind. 

4. Make slits on the chicken specially the breast, thigh and legs.

5. Add all the ingredients to the half cup of curd. Mix well and rub the mixture to the chicken well.

6. Leave the chicken to marinate for atleast 3 hours.

7. Now pre heat the Oven or Tandoor (you can set your oven at 160 deg.c) and bake the chicken for 20 minutes for each side or till the chicken tender.

8. Brush the chicken with Butter or oil after 20 minutes and garnish with onion slices, lemon slices and coriander leads.
